Corporate Compliance

Maritime Privacy Policy

How VGF Global handles and protects corporate trade data, agricultural telemetry, and overseas transaction records in accordance with international maritime codes and the SPDI rulebook.

1. Sourcing & Trade Confidentiality

Last Updated: June 9, 2026. At VGF Global, we realize that international food trade and cold chain logistics require absolute confidentiality. This Privacy Policy documents how we secure information collected from procurement agents, farm partners, retail categories, and commercial importers. We operate in compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 of India, SPDI (Sensitive Personal Data or Information) parameters, and GDPR requirements.

2. Information Collection & Purpose

To coordinate full container shipping and custom clearances with governmental portals (such as APEDA, GrapeNet, and customs authorities), we gather specific datasets:

  • Corporate Profiles: Commercial entity name, registration registry codes, VAT/GST registrations, and import-export licenses (IEC) required for bill of lading issuance.
  • Transactional Records: Financial accounts, letters of credit (L/C), swift confirmations, and telegraphic transacting records.
  • Shipment Logs: Destination ports, container telemetry (sensor logs for reefer levels), cargo quantities, and inspection standards reports.

3. Data Security & Cold-Chain Telemetry Protection

We store trade agreements, supply quotas, and custom checklists in highly secure, isolated operational servers. Sourcing details, container GPS logs, and temperature sensors are transmitted via secure HTTPS encryption protocols and never shared with secondary parties or unauthorized trade brokers.

4. Cookies and Web Analytics

This portal uses session-only essential cookies to store language selections, current navigation state choices, and inquiry status records. Analytical platforms may save generalized geographic coordinates to help optimize content rendering in high-frequency import cities like Rotterdam, Dubai, Mumbai, and Singapore.

5. Global Compliance & Arbitration

For questions relative to data clearance, requests for records elimination, or phytosanitary telemetry tracking logs, please coordinate with our Data Protection Officer at:
